Supertramp Anthology

Supertramp es un grupo británico de pop y rock progresivo que gozó de gran popularidad durante los años setenta. En su primera época crearon ambiciosos álbumes conceptuales, pero son más conocidos por sus posteriores canciones, de tono beatle, como Dreamer, Goodbye Stranger, Give a Little Bit y The Logical Song. A pesar del éxito comercial, el grupo nunca alcanzó el estrellato; se decía en la cima de su popularidad que Supertramp era el grupo musical del mundo con más ventas cuyos miembros podían pasear por la calle sin ser reconocidos.

Supertramp resume sus 35 años de carrera musical en el álbum recopilatorio Retrospectacle. The Supertramp anthology. Este doble CD, que abarca la época más prolífica del combo, sobre todo antes de la marcha de Roger Hodgson, aporta 32 canciones entre las que se encuentran Land Ho, un corte nunca antes publicado en CD, además de You win, I lose y Over you, pertenecientes a sus álbumes de 1997 y 2002.
